Leveling type is sextuple structure of leveling roller,  complete support roller and multi-group backing roller.

Material of leveling roller,  support roller:   selection of GCr15、60CrMov、 9Cr2Mo.
Final technology of leveling roller and support roller:   fine grinding,  hard chrome plating,  finishing polish.
Reducer:   model TR,  ZY hardened gear reducer for choosing.
Universal joint:   self-made material is structural alloy steel.The structure of heat treatment technology distribution box,     adjustment and lubricating mode is same as quadruple type leveling machine.
Features:   leveling roller under stress with uniform distribution,  strong structural rigidity,  and small deformation;
